2nd Annual 59th District Battle for Blood
Again this year the 59th district schools will be competing both on AND OFF the court with the 2nd Annual Battle for Blood with schools collecting blood donations in conjunction with Kentucky Blood Center for their school in competition against the others. The 2007 competition gathered over 200 units of blood.
Donations accepted each day from 8a-3p:
Pikeville---Tuesday Feb 26
Shelby Valley--Wednesday Feb 27
East Ridge--Thursday Feb 28
The winner of the 59th District Battle for Blood will be announced between games, Championship night.
