The watch pretty much covers all of Western and Central KY. This storm has been causing a lot of problems to the South of us in Tennessee.

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED TORNADO WATCH 39 IN EFFECT UNTIL 2 AM EST /1 AM CST/ WEDNESDAY FOR THE FOLLOWING AREAS

Just upgraded to a tornado warning expiring at 12:30 AM.
The wind is really bad right now in Northern KY ... it's also starting to rain.
Yeah, the wind is really bad here. It's been constantly whipping and whooshing for about an hour now.
It's raining, thundering and lightning here now... I think we may have a severe thunderstorm warning now.
There is a tornado watch for most of KY now. Everyone out there needs to keep an eye out for warnings and such.

We've got 40 mph winds right now.
New tornado WARNING for Fayette, Madison, Garrard, and surrounding counties until 1:45 AM.

The sirens have quit now. I don't think we ever had a tornado warning... just a severe thunderstorm warning.

Ours was just a tornado watch, not even a warning, but of course everybody dives for cover like it's the next Wizard of Oz
But its better to be safe then sorry

* Locations Impacted Include... Baker... Hammond... Barnrock... Bobbs... Boons Camp.
Deaths Reported After Tornado Hits Western Kentucky

GREENVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Three people were killed as a storm tore
through a trailer park in western Kentucky on Tuesday night,
Kentucky State Police said.
The three adults were killed at Nolen mobile home park outside
Greenville in Muhlenberg County, one of two trailer parks hit in
the county, Trooper Stuart Recke said.
He did not know the circumstances of their deaths or whether
they were together or in different areas of the park.
The storm also caused moderate to severe damage at Tucker's
Trailer Court in Powderly between Greenville and Central City,
Recke said.
Central City had asked for 30 National Guardsmen to help with
road control, said Buddy Rogers, public information officer for the
Kentucky Division of Emergency Management in Frankfort.
He said Muhlenberg County and Central City had both declared
states of emergency.

It was bad here in L:ville.
The National Weather Service has confirmed that 16 tornadoes touched down in Kentucky on Tuesday evening.
