I'm not for sure if he was ever part of the Presidential Race.

I really would have liked to see him do better. He would be an excellent vice president IMO.

Well, that narrows the list of solid candidates to zero.

Maybe Romney can pick up whatever votes Thompson had.
He didn't really put much effort into his campaign, though.
