I know at Russell they run on two year cycles. We just set a new one last year so this year is the same except for where they are played.

I realize nothing official is out yet. But, as stated above, most schools schedule a couple of years in advance. Thanks for any info you have.

Randall K. Cooper High School will open in Burlington (Boone Co.).
They'll join Boone County, Conner and Ryle in 6A this season, then drop to 5A next year with Cov. Cath., Dixie Heights, Highlands, Holmes and Scott.

Cooper High School is a new school in the Boone County School District. They hired Ludlow's coach and don't even have a team yet. The school was started because of high enrollment problems at the other Boone County high schools. Kids from Ryle High School and Boone County High are expected to transfer there or if they live in the Cooper school district and will be required to go there, although seniors to be from Boone & Ryle have the choice to goto Cooper or stay at there current school but freshman, sophomores, and juniors are required to goto Cooper High, that is if they live in the Cooper High School district.
Its going to be hard for this team to have a successful season, especially if they play a 6A schedule. But in do time they probably will have a nice program.
