thats more than I thought he'd get..says he could have about three months suspended from that, but 23 months is more than I thought he'd pull..
He will not serve the entire 23 months. On good behaviour he can get three months reduced. Then look for somekind of other "deal" with the goverment to further reduce the sentence. I think he will be lucky to serve 18 months but def no more than that.
I am REALLY shocked that they gave him that long.
Lucky he didnt kill an Elk, Could have got up to 10 years for that.
