Greenup was on the rise. Greenup was moving towards the trendiest team in the are. A lot of Rankings had them over Raceland early I. The year…then they were blasted by Ashland and Boyd. They are likely going to get rolled again this week. I’m just at a loss to how they can’t score more points…

Ashland is hands down the best team in the 16th Region with Raceland coming in at a close 2nd.  I think Boyd has been making more of a positive trend than Greenup in recent years and will continue to do so.  

It is still very possible for Greenup to finish with a winning record with 2 winnable games on the back end of their schedule.  As for this game, JC has been out of Greenup’s league for a long time and it just is what it is.  This is a game that you just want to see your kids play hard and get out injury free so you can finish the season strong against 2 teams you can beat.
