Hopefully the Boyle starters will get a little better test from Lincoln but comparative scores don't show that likely to happen. The same is likely true in their last district game with Wayne County.. Thank goodness for the final game at FD to prepare this team for their playoff run. The JV and freshmen will benefit but that doesn't bode well for the varsity.

Lincoln put up 40 in their last game against a good Wayne County team. I think Lincoln has some weapons to score here.

No disrespect to Lincoln but I don't think they could score 21 pts against the Boyle 1st team defense if they played for a week. Boyle's defense is getting better and they are so quick. You really began to see the improvement the 2nd half of the Lex Cath game.

Lincoln was losing to Russell Co for an extended period of their game. No disrespect to Lincoln Co but I don't see it being competitive at all.

Other than a fortunate halfback pass Lincoln couldn’t do much offensively against Somerset. I’d expect them to be less successful against Boyle. Don’t think they will score on Boyle’s first defense.

Lincoln has had one solid game. This is going to get nasty. Boyle might need to get Lincoln off schedule at least for a few years. I'm not so sure if Boyle ends up being way better than Corbin (who knows), that they could just head on up to 5A. I don't see an end to their talent reign at the moment.

I've watched both teams play and Lincoln has some play makers, but what they have don't stand a chance of scoring on Boyles starting defense. When the running clock starts and the second string D is in Lincoln may score but that won't be a easy task either. Boyle by as much as Haddix wants

Lincoln is in the same district until 2027 and all district games must be played.

The current classification is only for 2 years.  There is a chance they might not be in the same district after next season.  But if they both stay in 4A I would say they would be.
