This game is a rivalry game and can be closer than normal but I think Boyle County wins big in this one..... Smile

I hope you are correct Bull but I look for it to be closer. LC always is a tough game for Boyle. It will be a good test for Boyle’s defense

I know they do but I think Boyle is alot better offensively and defensively...I'll be there most likely. I want to see the matchup.
Boyle with a running clock in the 3rd quarter.

Which will be greater---   # of hugs Bull collects from Boyle coachs and fans  OR #of points scored by Lex Cath?   Smile

Corbin beat LC by 20 , so that means Boyle will beat the Knights by 55 ...right? Smile
Boyle running clock!!!
I read somewhere someone saying Catholic was without 2 starters against Corbin and 4 starters against LCA…..at this trend 6 starters will be out against Boyle County……….That leave me with no choice in my prediction. Lol!!

Smile The game can be close because it's a rivalry game. But Lexington Catholic has had time to work on things and they are in the championship hunt themselves in Class 3A. They are a well-coached team, and last week's score definitely is an eye opener. I do expect Boyle to win this game but just like last year, Lexington Catholic plays out of their mind when they play Boyle. Lincoln County always did Corbin that way the last few years in our district. But knowing this year's version of Boyle, I think they just have way too many options for LC to overcome.

No, lol it’s 2 vs Corbin and 2 more along with the 2 previous game so total of 4 injured starter. With this game it’s not going to matter it they were healthy other than the over and under score.

I like that QB LC has and if hes playing, he is always a handful. He is tuff as nails.  Smile
Only thing I said is that I think it will be a closer game than 6 TDs which was the first prediction. I believe BC will win, but I think it will be a game for awhile. If I’m wrong & it’s a BC blowout like most seem to think that’s fine too.

Boyle County has the best offense I have witnessed in 2023. I don't look for it to be close to be honest.... Smile

I see that Jackson Wasik is back at QB for Catholic I didn’t realize this, I had read on another forum earlier in the year that he had left with Coach Bathiany when he left for Moller at the end of last season, it doesn’t change my prediction but he is a tough kid and a good Qb.
I think this will be a closer game for a half. Maybe longer. Lex Cath is a really good team. Just don’t think they have an answer for The 4 headed monster Quissenberry, Brown, Dawson, and Bodner.
Boyle County 57 Lexington Catholic 21..
Can Catholic's secondary tackle Quisenberry and Brown? LCA scored 50 with significantly less talent on the perimeter. Catholic will score on offense just like LCA did on Boyle. I just dont see the Catholics getting the stops.
Lex Cath QB is as good as almost any Q in the state.

I like him! Smile
I’ve always predicted in the past couple of years that boyle would smash them. And where it’s a high emotional rivalry it’s usually been fairly close or an upset. My mind wants me to go with a reasonable score woth that train of thought, but I just can’t do it. 44-14 boyle
Close game early, Boyle begins pulling away right before half.

Are you suggesting that LexCath has all Jrs and seniors  on the team were there their Freshman year?   Like, am I hearing this correctly.   A PRIVATE school worried about players showing up at another school.  I am laughing out loud over here. Private schools have taken transfers for years and gotten the upper hand.

We got several players at Corbin that didn’t play at Corbin during freshman, Sophomore or Junior year and two of them are 4 ⭐️ players committed to UK and one has a PWO at UK, what is your point iggyfan?

I bet about all of catholic players are from all over the state and probably out of state to. They are just mad that the public schools are kicking their tails. It will happen again Friday night
I think Boyle Co will roll.
