Reed Sheppard is the 15th Kentucky native to be named a Boys McDonald's All-American. Carlos Hurt (2001, Moore) and Chane Behanan (2011, Bowling Green) were not from KY but played their high school basketball in the state.
Reed is only the 4th Since 1993.
This is HUGE! Congrats to this young man. Few and far between for a Kentucky kid.
