I read this yesterday and I was highly ammused. Almost fell out of my chair laughing.
I thought it was pretty stupid. Most of the criticisms were based on the area being down and certain whiners always playing the lil brother with a chip on their shoulder role. I think Mr. Vankirk flatters himself a bit too much. Kind of turned me off and I didn't think too much of him in the first place. I'll take Rocky any day.
