From the outside looking in, you'd have to think this is a must win game for Floyd Central and head coach Shawn Hager. They've lost 18 straight football games and 4 of their last 5 have been lost by 8 points or less against respectable competition. IMO, the Jags should be favored in 3 of their next 5 football games and I think they'll likely be the 3 seed heading into the playoffs, behind Lawrence County and Belfry.

Pike Central is allowing 45 points per game right now. Their only win on the season came against one of the worst football teams in class 3A, but the Hawks are led by running back, Matt Anderson, who is one of the best backs in 3A. He ran for nearly 200 yards last season in this game and a pair of scores, but he doesn't have Boykins by his side this season, so keying on Anderson becomes very doable for the Jaguars.

I think Anderson has a good night, but I expect Floyd Central to show they're better than their record indicates and I think they'll win this game by a few scores.
