I understand this is a very touchy subject right now but what does everyone think about the situation? Is anyone on here close to the situation to explain to me exactly what the conditions of the contract the hospital and nurses can not agree on? Also, what has the hospital done to be able to stay open? Who have they hired?

I dont know about any contract information but the hospital has people working their buts off still and the hosital is open for buisness. No reason to stop going there. It is a vital part of our community.
