Great thread, JP. Even though the message is 35 tweets long, it is a great summary of why 40 percent of Americans believe that Democrats and the media (redundant reference) conspired to, and in fact, did undermine Trumps presidency beginning before Day 1 and then participated in the theft of his election.

I disagree on one point, however. I do not believe that the four headless socialists that post in this forum are merely victims of a very thorough brainwashing. I believe they are very willing, very willful, and very prolific liars. Innocent brainwash victims' ignorance is limited to specific areas. These guys have gone all in on every single socialist lie they find floating on the internet, including those where there is no consensus among Democrats. They are hard core leftists, which requires deliberate fabrication on their parts.

Still no signs of the mythical Jesus but there is nothing mythical about Jan 6 and those who continue to deny the obvious insurrection and coup attempt incited by a failed sociopathic fascist ex-president.  The deniers, conspiracy-mongers, and coup cheerleaders are dangerous people and should be watched closely. Many of these cultists are just one small bipolar episode away from  becoming a full-fledged domestic terrorist.

If you like Donald trump, you would have enjoyed Benito Mussolini.  He encouraged supporters to storm government buildings just as Donald did on Jan. 6. Trump, like Mussolini, spoke of violence against opposition. Like Donald, Benito used the phrase "drain the swamp."

As to the deal with January 6th. I mean in school, I did learn about the Boxer Rebellion. If the rally attendees on January 6th had had so much as a utility knife on their person maybe we could have called it the Box Cutter Rebellion, but there was not even one of those to be had. According to people like you the 2021 coup d'état of the United States of America went down without so much as a punch thrown, much less a single weapon wielded.
