Interesting to see that these four sports used to be offered by the KHSAA.
I really doubt we'll ever see Rifle as a KHSAA sanctioned event ever again.
The rise in popularity of Fast Pitch softball was the end of Slow Pitch softball.
Dance & Competitive Cheer aren't the same as actual gymnastics, but since the KHSAA sanctioned those two competitive activities instead of relying on KAPOS, more schools have added teams.
I really don't know much about Fencing, but I can't imagine that sport would have much interest, could be wrong though.
