I look for Perry to come out with tons of energy and keep it close but expect as the game goes on hazard will pull away. Hazard by 10+
With the small crowd, the atmosphere may be down some but I expect them both to come out playing hard at the start. I think Hazard pulls away and wins by 9 at the end. Of course every game last came down to the end.
Perry by 6. Hazard isnt the same team without Fletch and Hall.

Hazard won by 10. Wade Pelfrey shows why he is the best player in the region. He didnt score a lot but he set others up very well so they could knock down open shots. He controlled the tempo of the game.
