I never pay attention to max prep. Look Somerset should be a given at #1, but in know way should Mayfield or Breathitt Co. Be over Beechwood and Danville. Rpi if using is all that matters at the end of the day. We here know what teams return, who lose a ton etc. Most is these thank ng don't and use some type of point system etc.
