Hornets healthy & playing really good right now.
Is it that the Hornets are playing good ball or the Pirates are just struggling toward the end of the season? Looking on KHSAA at their schedule to this point they donât play Valley, JC or Martin County. If it wasnât for the All A they wouldnât have played Paintsville which they lost. They also have lost to Lawrence and Pikeville. Iâm interested to see how they do matched up to one of the top contenders in the Region instead of Pike Central and Belfry.

100%. They lost to pikeville & paintsville both in last minute of the game & lawerence by 4in1st meeting. Second meeting had 2 players out. They are playing there best ball right now and anybody has a chance if youâre playing good and itâs your night.
Phelps is one of the hottest teams in the 15th region. Would not want to play them in the post season.
Looking forward to the Regional...a couple sleepers (like Phelps) could knock off one of the top dogs.
