Mine would have to be JR Vanhoose, John Pelphrey, Keith Adkins, Craig Ratliff, Todd Tackett, Landon Slone, Brian Lyon, and Jerry Pelphrey

I'd throw in Chaz Harmon and Shane Simpkons in before Landon Slone.

Not sure about that. Landon was pretty solid. The best Paintsville basketball players That I was able to witness play would have been

John Phelphrey (KY Mr Basketball)

Keith Adkins (who could literally shoot from anywhere he chose to)

JR Vanhoose (KY Mr Basketball and a rebounding machine)

Todd Tackett ( One of the best pure scorers to come out of Paintsville)

Matt Ratliff (who was a Knock down shooter and Extremely underrated on the defensive side of the ball)

Bryan Lyon ( who IMO was the most gifted player (athletically) to ever come through Paintsville)

And it’s hard not to mention Craig Ratliff and Josh McKenzie while on the 96 team. Both players, you HAD to defend away from the basket and were almost impossible to stop inside.
