I don't keep up with KY state rules, but most of the national rule "changes" just involved wording, in order to provide clarification of terms like illegal helmet contact and flagrant foul, and to clarify that an asst. coach can call a timeout when the head coach has been ejected. The only biggie is that w[SIZE=2]hen a penalty is called against the defense during a TD, the enforcement can be delayed until the kickoff. Here's that info : [/SIZE]

Biggest that can be called is leading withthe head. This means that on the goal line and your 250 full back has the ball up the middle......CAN NOT put his down and go thru the hole. Now is this going to be called???? YOU BET YA> This season will see the call frequently due to enforced violation. This change was discussed at length in the rule meeting........No longer can you hit with your head first,,,,, you can not place your facemask into the numbers for the tackle,,,, this will not be tolerated any longer and enforcing this rule will have people screaming and yelling all year.
