Just noticed on KHSAA, was looking at Dunbars season to date, and PLD has given up 85 runs in 42 games..REMARKABLE AND UNREAL! Really look for them to take it!

VERY IMPRESSIVE staff. To be a high school team, they're staff is incredible. Then again, to have a team ERA of 1.32 would be eye-popping at any level.

I used to teach with a guy that coached at Laffeyette. As much as people would think Lexington is a huge basketball city.... baseball is out of control there! That is hands down the toughest Region in the state top too bottom, year in year out in KY. Dunbar, Laffeyette, Catholic, Christian, Tates Creek, Henry Clay etc. All have the potential to be top 10 teams every year!

The 43rd District had all 5 teams ranked in the top 20 at the time of the District Tournament this season (#1 Lex Cath, #2 Dunbar, #10 Tates Creek, #13 Lexington Christian, & #19 Lafayette). That District is unbelievable!!!!!

Really a great district all of those teams could take the state title any year.
