I don't know about South Laurel but Russell is not considered a mountain team.

Yea I noticed that too. Not very many but even less from MERCER CO, WOW just had to be the first to get that one in........ ANYWAY...
I did notice not very many boys from the East this year, Shame for all the hard work they do.
