The young Engineers just about pulled off a miracle when they took on Knott Central in the first round of the 14th region tournament before falling 43-39.
Estill County returns their top 5 scorers including arguably the best point guard in the region in Joe Benton. Estill will be a hard out for anyone in the region next season and will likely be the favorite to win the district next season which is held at Powell County.
As far as the schedule goes, here is what I know:

From what I gather, the Berea Invitational has some pretty decent teams in it.
Estill County should be a very solid team next year, Benton is a great player and Dylon Long is a strong post presence who has very good skills. Question will be can anyone step up and be a consistent scorer besides those two ? I think Coach Bently will find another scorer and Estill will be a top 5-6 team in the region capable of beating anyone in the region.
Have heard that Rockcastle County doesn't wanna play Estill County next season.

Fleming County is on it but not the 25th like I had originally thought.
Powell County dates are Jan. 3rd & 17th.
Buckhorn is scheduled for Jan. 30th.
Western Hills is on it as a home game but not Jan, 30th.

From what I've heard, it sounds like no Rockcastle County nor Jackson County this coming season.
I would find it odd with Knott Central being the region host this coming season, that Estill County would try and schedule a game with the Patriots, that is not the case.
No Rockcastle County games (both boys and girls), No Pulaski County games either (at least for the boys).
Estill has added Bell County twice this coming season.
Southwestern has reached out to Estill about playing.
Estill County will head back to Bath County for the third straight year to participate in the Dan Swartz Classic at the end of December.

Changes to the schedule. The home game with Bell County has now been moved to December 13th. 1 game with Bell now instead of 2.
Talked with Bentley today and said that he was informed that the Berea tourney is a 2 game instead of 3 from his understanding.
I think they've added Berea. Not sure who he's playing on senior night.
