Big win for the Cardinals.
Scott County beats nationally ranked (#20) Cox Mill, NC 71-60. Michael Moreno left the game with 13 minutes to play. When Moreno left SC had a 9 point lead.
This was a great win for SC. According to the announcer, many consider this Cox Mill team the best team in NC history. They have a 5-star Duke signee and a 3-star Charlotte signee. Big time win.
Cox Mill has won the NC state championship the past two years.

At the end of the game he was standing up and clapping for his teammates. However, his shoe was off and his ankle was iced. Probably won't play in tomorrow's semifinals. However, with an off day Sunday, maybe he could possible play Monday. It was encouraging that SC outplayed CM with Moreno on the bench.

I hope he recovers quickly. always hate to hear of injuries.
Moreno has a broken foot. Recovery time is at least a month.
