Do you find the song "Baby It's Cold Outside" offensive?

My view is it's a ridiculous stretch for the lyrics to be so controversial as to be banned from being played on some radio stations across the country. I consider it faux outrage. What say you?
I can't take credit for the following, but I think it's spot on with the current attitude toward "Baby It's Cold Outside":

Christmas songs that need to be removed.

1. I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus: subjecting minors to softcore porn; infidelity

2. The Christmas Song: Open fire? Pollution. Folks dressed up like Eskimos? Cultural appropriation

3. Holly Jolly Christmas: Kiss her once for me? Unwanted advances. Slavery of women

4. White Christmas? Racist

5. Santa Claus is Coming to Town: Sees you when you'ree sleeping? Knows when you're awake? Peeping Tom stalker; pedophilia

6. Most Wonderful Time of the Year: Everyone telling you be of good cheer? making light of mental illness; forced to hide depression

7. Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer: Bullying

8. It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas: gender-specific gifts: dolls for Janice and Jen and boots and pistols for Barney and Ben - (a twofer: guns and bigotry)

9. Santa Baby: objectifies women, blackmail

10. Frosty the Snowman: Sexist; why not a snow woman?

11. Do You Hear What I Hear: blatant disregard for the hearing impaired

12. Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas: Make the yuletide GAY? Wow, just wow

13. Jingle Bell Rock: Giddy up jingle horse, pick up your feet: animal abuse

14. Mistletoe and Holly: Overeating, folks stealing a kiss or two? How did this song ever see the light of day?

15. Winter Wonderland: Parson Brown demanding they get married . forced marriage

16. Grandma Got Ran Over By A Reindeer: Come on the name says it all! Reckless driving, attempted murder, elder abuse, disrespect.
I think "Let it Snow" offensive because I hate snow.

ARTICLE EXCERPT---
"I wish this was a fake news satirical story, but sadly, it’s true. Liberal activists are outraged that the seasonal song Baby it’s Cold Outside should be banned because, wait for it, it promotes sexual harassment and non-consensual sex."
https://hotair.com/archives/2016/12/06/a...date-rape/
END EXCERPT

I saw where others attribute the ban, to the #MeToo movement. Any way one might try to justify the ban, the notion is ludacris. Because at the same time they're banning seasonal music that they say dignifies date rape, (which I would agree is a 'ridiculous stretch') these same folks are out openly celebrating, at least in their lifestyle, their right to choose free and unrestrained sex. Then they try to deny the outcome of such sex, pregnancies, by ridding themselves of the problem by getting abortions. So it is at this point that their right to choose sex with whomever, telescopes into demands for the commensurate numbers of abortion. And to the eternal shame of our nation, the misguided souls of the Supreme Court apparently agree.

Isn't it incredibly revealing, the lengths to which those active in selective outrage are willing to go? At the same time they don't mind one bit to forego publicly sponsored nativity scenes, I mean, it is Christmas, right? But everyday an ample number of lucid minded folk are out there, on radio, TV, and in print, (including BGR, LOL) pointing out the absurdities unfolding in America. All of which seems to fall mostly on deaf ears. #DownTheDrain
One a side note, maybe it's my age but the hashtag (#) has a different meaning for me and most people I know. Using the hashtag before a movement named MeToo reads completely different to me. :eyeroll:
^^ LOL. When the twittersphere first went ga-ga over the use of the hashtag, I kept asking people I met why they used the 'pound sign' to label their social media fads. Which BTW, changed daily if not hourly. Never got a straight answer because like so many things today, it was a monkey-see monkey-do sort of thing which they could not really explain. I use it to razz other folks who use it.

It was always the pound sign to me.
Wayyyy too much sensitivity and PC for me!

Merry Christmas everyone!!

:thatsfunn Yeah, they try to act like they're sensitive if you ask me. I think the left tries to find fault with everyone else because they're trying to prove that the rest of humanity is just as bad as they are. Not that the song in question is any testament to purity or anything, but you get the idea.
