I think Harlan Co has gotten better over the course of the season and will beat South Laurel. I do think however, that South Laurel has a chance. Does Letcher have a chance against Lincoln. Is it possible for District 7 to sweep 8?

Harlan is getting better and should win. 7 could sweep 8.
