If Perry wins and Letcher wins, it will finish like this...

Literally any team can win district or finish 4th depending on the outcome friday.

That would be correct if it were a tie involving more than two teams.

A 3 way tie is decided by the point system. You take your 4 best wins and get the number of wins the team you beat has.
