Matt Fyffe pitches a great first 6 innings giving up 3 hits and one earned run. Justin Blanton closes out the 7th striking out the side. Butler hurt themselves with several errors but we take them if we can get them. Makes the second ranked team this season Central has beaten. Huge win for the program.

No they were just filling in for Perry Central. JC has other games schedule for friday and saturday.
That is an awesome win. Butler is ranked 11th in the coaches poll as well. Johnson Central should gain a few more votes for next week.

Ironton cancelled, that's who JC filled in for and Paintsville was schedule to play Ironton and Perry Central was scheduled to play Butler. Since Paintsville and JC would be a district game, and JC had already played PCC they wound up playing Butler. Congrats to the Eagles keep rolling, except for when you play the Tigers.
Coach Hall does an excellent job with Johnson Central! BIG CONGRATS JC!
