The Rebels looked a little better tonight. Little pitched all 6 innings for AC and struck out 15 Pburg batters. Rodebaugh struggled some in the first inning as AC scored 6 runs. He settled down and pitched better in the remainder of the game. Little had his first Homerun of the season tonight.

Scotty Little was the talk around Martin this morning for his performance. Sounds like he's a one-man wrecking crew! Struck out 15 and homered? Pretty solid stuff. His future is bright and he will gain some attention from colleges and scouts - no doubt.

Congrats, AC. Nice to see a nice bounce back from the Paintsville game. Way to start off District play on the right foot. Scottie is a beast! If his arm stays healthy and he continues to work hard, he will definitely get some looks. He is listed as one of the state's top unsigned seniors according to the Kentucky High School Baseball Coaches Association, and he's only a junior. His name must be getting around quick. HaHa. Nonetheless, nice win, Rebs. Hopefully I can make it to a game this weekend.
