JC has had a rough week in Florida, but they'll be just fine. The Golden Eagles have a very talented team. Congrats to the Cougars, big win for them.
No doubt a big win for Letcher but like Pulp said donât read too much into this score. Biggest thing is for JC to get Blake Gamble back on the diamond. He is the team leader and has been the catcher for the last 4 years. I think having him back out there will settle everybody down and you wonât see as much inconsistency from the team.
Everything is exhibition except District games.
The way the cougars played this game, I could see them in the running for the 14th Region. The Sophomore pitcher had a great game, the outfield made great plays, infield as well. Was very impressed on what the cougars put together after losing that Potter kid.
Nice exhibition win for LCC.
