i know that everybody says that its cheating and its not fair for past players that the new players use steroids, but ive been reading a book called "False Glory Steelers and Steroids" this book was written by a man name Steve Courson, a former guard for the Pittsburgh Steelers. this guy says in his book that he started using steroids in '74, his sophmore year at south carolina. he says that when he came into the league in '77 that about 80% of the Pittsburgh o-line was on roids. He also mentions in the book that a former player for the San Diego Chargers named Dave Kocourek said that most of the Chargers players were on steroids in 1963. I just found all this interesting because people act like its not fair to oler guys who didnt have roids, but theyve obviously been around for a long time now.

He also says the "Steel Curtain" years Pittsburgh was know as "The Steroid Team." just thought all of this was interesting.
All NFL teams have abused steroids not just Pittsburgh. The atheletes at that level are so good that in order to rise above the field, players feel they have to get "the Edge" on their competition.

You can bet that any NFL teams that demolish the competition are loaded with players that abuse steroids HGH and lots of other substances.
thats not what im sayin devilswin. the point im tryin to make is how long steroids have been around.
