1A. Harlan County - Blair Greene best player in a region loaded with players
1B. South Laurel - only reason they are B is that they lost to HC
3. North Laurel - Mark them with a bullett
4. Clay County - best coach in the region
5. Whitley County - tough schedule good record
6. Knox Central - NOBODY expected them to compete this year
7. Pineville - good record, no schedule
8. Bell County - pretty close between them and Williamsburg, and they won
9. Williamsburg - can't figure this team out
