2 win Cooper beat Boone County 35 to 7. So I’m not impressed

Dale Mueller told me he was retiring cause he had missed the growing up of his kids. And with his first grandchild being born. He was not going to miss that. He stayed 1 more year as athletic director to mentor the new coach one more year. The team was loaded. And he knew even if his wife coached the team. They would probably win state. And they did. Now Highlands will end up losing 20 games in a 3 year span. Highlands teams have been down before going all the way back to the 60s. Name a period a Highlands team lost 20 games in a 3 year span.
