Tell some of the "bigger" schools in Kentucky to schedule us and we'll play them.

Not a two year contract where the other team wants both games at their place or a one year contract at their place with no return trip to Johnsonville.

I won't name the schools, but several "bigger" schools have been contacted over the years and have declined the offer or wouldn't agree to the terms of a Home/Home series.

Most of them are like that we have the same problem no one wants to come to Eastern Kentucky

You don't have to name schools but travel the Hal Rogers Parkway and don't hit your brakes. Just continue traveling west.

Reckon it called plainly called arrogance?...That's the way you are, isn't it, cornhusker?...All you have done is talk about how the Lexington schools are so superior than anything that JC had to offer...But what happened there cornhusker when they did play the golden boys there in the bluegrass? I'll tell you what happened cornhusker, they kicked the living daylights out of every Lexington school they have played. Not one single game has even been close...They've totally humiliated each and every one of them...While your arrogant hind end had to like it...Even your own special favorite, LexCath, is now afraid to play them.

And yes Central too... They got manhandled, humiliated and made to look like a bunch of crybaby sissies, and now they wont play them either....And we can do without your racist comments on it too.

These are the teams JC has played from Fayette County/Lexington since 1970. All of these games have been played since the 1999 season. JC has played no varsity games against any Fayette County/Lexington until the 1999 season.

Bryan Station: 5-0

Tates Creek: 1-2
(One loss was in the 1999 season [4A Semi-Finalist], the other loss was in the 2000 season [4A Semi-Finalist]).

Lexington Catholic: 2-0

Henry Clay: 1-0


JC has all-time overall record of 9-2 against Fayette County/Lexington teams.

JC beat Lou. Central 48-29 in 2007, the same season Lou. Central team that won the 3A state championship.

Another week another cupcake. Eagles in a close one 62-7. This years schedule is simply brutal. 4A football in this state is insane. Why did the KHSAA cram so many good teams in this class?

You are correct. I changed it.

Golden Eagles will win this one but it will not be an easy one going into West Virginia down on the river. I expect South Charleston to athletic and have the ability to make big plays. The physical style and numbers of bodies JC has will the difference.

Around 10 mins, cabelas is located in south ridge which isn't far at all from south Charleston. And as far as the game goes I'll take JC 35 SC 6, SC just hasn't been as talented the last two years as what they normally are

South Charleston got destroyed last week against a good Cabell Midland. Midland and Johnson Central play the same physical style of football. I expect to see similar results.
