LOGAN, W.Va. -- A Logan County teacher has been charged with sending nude pictures to students.
Tracy Miller, 28, of Danville, W.Va., is charged with felony accounts of distributing obscene matter to a minor.
The case arose after a juvenile student at Logan High School told a teacher at the school that another teacher had sent the student at least three nude photographs through Snapchat.
The complaint was forwarded to Sgt. Nick Booth, with the Logan County Sheriff's Office, who then interviewed Miller about the allegations. After being read her rights, Miller reportedly admitted to sending the pictures, and added that she had also sent pictures to at least two other juvenile students.
