Proffitt is now 3 and 1 against LCC. I just wonder now if the county school system thinks she is good enough to make the team. Here is a great kid, 4.0 student, never any problem, liked by everyone, and a Christian girl, but the powers in the county don't want her. I would like to hear from the people in Letcher why a kid like this is not wanted on your team

Seems like they run off certain kids. Seems like Adams would have been happy to have Proffit and Creech

I have no insight in those situations. How and why exactly were they run off? I was always told they were recruited away. Why in the world would letcher not want those 2 girls? That's crazy

You was always told wrong then they let profit know in middle school she wasn't wanted and her parents told me they sure didn't want to be where she wasn't wanted but looks like its worked out pretty good for this kid

Profitt came to Valley when she was in 8th grade (by way of the coaches) not saying she was recruited but her mother drove her and got some kind of job at Valley. She played some on varsity. She went on to SV and played as a freshman. Many stories are told but I think basically she moved on as a reject from that family,oh I mean team.

Well I know she started on a regional championship team in the eighth grade at SV and averaged over 14 a game. Was it politics something against her family or what somebody has to have some info. Please share

She is a great player and great kid and I'm sure her parents know what's best for her. Coach Adams just listened to the wrong people instead of doing the right thing. Enough said

I'm talking of the SV family not the Profitt family. Did I confuse you?

You confused me. I don't know the family well but everybody I talk to has nothing but good things to say about them. A friend told me they are super close,and do everything together. I know several people at PCC and everyone you talk too say the same things about the girl what a great kid she is not just a player, but a great person

I don't think any rules have been broken, but please be careful about using the names of student athletes.

Dickie Adams likes team ball over having one player score 40+ a game. Think that's why he doesn't get the big time scorers.

It just seems to me like they mostly don't want to play for Adams based on how he coaches his teams.

You are full of it hitter she enrolled at PCC way before the end of the school year so there was no doubt over the summer where she was going. If her brother heard you say he was shopping her around he'd probably whip your butt. You shouldn't get on here and act like you know things when you don't have a clue
