I haven't seen breathitt... Harlan county is good though so I'm going with my 13th region team to win this one.
Pcc beat Breathitt by 30 at there place a couple of days ago. So i'am going with Harlan co too!
If Harlan presses I look for them to win 15+. if they don't Breathitt can stay in the game, they are very physical.
