A man is driving to work one day, when he looks at his watch to check the time. He realises that he is an hour early, and as he didn't get much sleep, during the previous night, he decides to pull over, and take a nap. However, he accidentally pulls over next to the town marathon. He promptly falls asleep, in the car. Five minutes later, a runner knocks on the windshield of the man's car and then says to the man in the car:
"Do you know the time?"
"8:05am" the man replies.Minutes Later, another runner knocks and says:
"Do you know the time?"
"8:15am" he replies.
The same happens again, and again, until eventually, the man takes out a pen and a sheet of paper and writes in bold type: "I DO NOT KNOW THE TIME" and puts it on his windshield.Minutes later, a runner knocks on the windshield and says:
"Hey buddy, it's 8:30"
"Do you know the time?"
