This was a great game from start to finish. Glad I was able to make it out to this one. I was also excited that Nicholas County brought their band to the game. Having grown up where both schools bring the bands to every game, I loved that aspect. It made it a better environment, except that both schools had the same fight song (if I'm not mistaken).
The bad snap on the punt which led to Nicholas' go ahead touchdown in the fourth seemed like it would end the game, but Bracken's offensive line and Nicholas' badly timed penalties (including an off-sides on a 4th and 3) led to bracken getting the touchdown to set up the game winning 2-point conversion.
Congrats to Bracken county on the new biggest win of its history.
