WWE, you messed up tonight.
Luke Harper "returning" wasn't worth having this match as the Main Event and moving the Triple Threat to the Curtain Jerk.
The pacing of this one messed up the flow of the PPV.
I'm fine with opening with the huge match if you have stuff to follow it.
Everything went downhill after the Ziggler/Miz match - that should have been the main event.
If they would have let the Harper return happen in the middle of the card it would have balanced things out.
With Becky hurt they jobbed out her opponent? Stupid IMO
I'm not invested in these characters right now.
Ziggler and Miz have really shined since the split - I think they've outshined Ambrose.
The question for Dolph is where does he go with another IC title reign?
I'd like to see a title-for-title like with Hogan and Warrior.
Supposedly they decided to start with the main event, since it would not be opposed by the 2nd Presidential debate.
I'm completely fine with that. It was a pretty solid match overall.
The Miz vs. Dolph Ziggler was absolutely outstanding, I'm curious if the title change was done to actually bump The Miz to the upper card/main event spot. He has been on fire since he's been pairing up with Maryse. Maybe now, they'll give him yet another opportunity to shine in the main event spot.
The rest of the card was fairly ho hum, nothing bad yet nothing real great either outside of the Triple Threat & IC title matches.
Luke Harper tho...he's my boy! I'm glad he's back, I marked out huge for that moment.
I'd give 2016 No Mercy a C+.
