We all know the history (if you are reading this you should know) of the Undertaker's WM win streak and how it ended.

Rising the Streak to 21-0, Loosing to Brock Lesnar and going 21-1... the Taker's Win/Loss record at WM is now 23-1.




What if..... WHAT IF somebody ended the Streak 'Dirty'. Think about the 'Heat' somebody would get if that happened.


A John Cena Heel turn would have been AWESOME if he would have won Dirty of the Taker at WM.

Bray Wyatt winning Dirty over the Taker at WM would have launched the entire Wyatt Family in to Orbit.

Rusev breaking the Streak by winning Dirty at WM makes him one of the biggest Heels in company history.




IMO, Brock Lesnar winning Dirty would have hurt him. Why build-up Lesnar to only have a Dirty win at WM. That would have killed his character. All of the UFC fanfare would have been flushed with a Dirty win. He needed to beat the Taker as Clean as possible.

I think they broke it the right way.

Lesnar got heat for beating Taker clean. That's special.

I'm with the OP about the Cena heel turn. That would have been unbelievable!

Cena gets Boo'ed now because people don't like him.... not because he's Turned or is using Heel tactics.

If Cena would have broken the WM Streak by using a foreign object, a low blow, giving the referee a Bump.... something Dirty, he could have been on the level of nWo, Hollywood Hogan, Heat level.

And let's be honest, that would have been great.

I don't think you understand the fans that watch wrestling today, Pulp.
The ones booing Cena would start cheering for him if he went heel on Taker.
We're talking about a crowd that chanted "You Deserve It" at the latest heel champion that won the title by way of interference.

The only wrestlers that have earned heat on the WWE payroll right now are The Miz and Charlotte. Everyone else (ex. AJ Styles, Owens, Rollins, etc.) all do this thing where they try to be heels that get babyface pops.

If this were 1995, a Cena heel turn would generate heat. Now, it gets pops.
