I know some will disagree because of size, but when you base it solely on basketball skills, no one in this region compares to Payton Gover.
Trevon Faulkner (Mercer) and Steven Fitzgerald (Pulaski) are 2 players that I enjoy watching. They're as good as anyone in the state.

yea had hip surgry this summer. last I heard he was ahead of schedule could possible be back running as soon mid November. Coach blanton said he looking for to be back in December
Hunter Jones from McCreary Central should be in mix.
Trevon Faulkner, Steven Fitzgerald, and Peyton Gover are the faces of the 12th in my opinion.
