So far so good for Trump.

Trump has won Georgia, Tennessee, Virginia, Alabama, Massachusetts.

Vermont, Oklahoma, and Texas currently too close to call.
Alaska, Minnesota, etc. still waiting to receive votes.

Thoughts?
Id be surprised if Cruz don't take Texas. I could see him maybe sneaking out a win in Arkansas. Oklahoma most likely will go to Trump. Kasich could win Vermont, which nobody cares. Carson fell asleep a couple hours ago. Rubio now on suicide watch.
Trump wins huge tonight. The entire GOPe is in full panic mode now, working on their super PAC to try and take Trump down.

Let Cruz win Texas, that just means he will definitely stay in. The more that stays in the easier it becomes for Trump. Rubio won't leave either, that's the establishments golden boy. I would almost love too see them throw Romney in, see him get beat twice Confusednicker:

If Cruz and Rubio both stay in after this weekend, they might as well hand the nomination to Trump. There may be a 5% chance one of them win if they get all of the others votes, but there is no chance for a win if the other stays.
If Florida Governor endorses Trump tonight, Florida is definitely Trumps.
Cruz just took Oklahoma.

As ive been saying since June, there are only two candidates worth voting for this year.

Trump or Cruz either one id be happy with. They wont do it, but the rest need to get out after tonight. Im even doing a RIUTG projection that now Rubio has a 0% chance to win the nomination as well.

Trump has 5 states so far, and 2 for Cruz.

Im surprised at how good Trump is polling in Florida. Big time.
Trump is actually sounding like a statesman tonight. Showing respect to Cruz. Hillary talking love and all that, Trump talking jobs, Caterpillar, John Deere, wall and killing terrorist.
Well I see Cruz is still up to his lies. Smh.
Well let's not forget a Hillary tonight man she looks Presidential :worthy:

Ive always wondered if Levenworth has the wifi and security clearance need to run the country from her cell?

How any democrat could think shes doing okay when an actual socialist won 3 sates tonight so far is beyond me.
A guy who is wanting the exact opposite of a democracy is winning because of the mentally ill liberals your party possesses.
Even a blind nut finds a squirrel. Poor ole Rubio won Minnesota.

Trump dominated tonight. No other way to look at it.

You do realize that Bernie is a democratic socialist, right? Democracy is the political system; socialism is the economic. So, not exactly the "exact opposite" as you characterize.

Bull, that's what the Russians were trying to say when the Bolsheviks came on the scene. In the beginning the Bolsheviks succeeded attaining power by wrangling within the political parties. It didn't take long for things to morph into communism. In the mean time. Your economic socialists have managed to wreck Europe with that anti-logic. There are calls from across the Eurozone to severely limit bailouts, and reverse open borders. England is about to bail out of it altogether because it's a total flop.

The wolves come to the common people, those who don't have much, and stir them up against established government. They use the same old methods. The most important is to make it seem as though the commoners are being held down, and deprived of their just due in a material sense by rich people. It always spells the end of society and this one will likely fare no better. The have-nots in our society are either mentally limited as what they can offer an employer, or they just don't want to tow the mark. There is no holding back going on in this country. Just griping and liberalism.

There is no such thing as democratic socialism.
Socialism is Socialism. He's redistributing wealth to pay for things. I can't believe anyone else would think other wise. It's a disgrace to this country to even bring it up and even more pathetic that we don't have him tied up in a basement somewhere for spreading those ideas.

The funniest part though is how he plans to pay for this utopian vision. Taking more taxes than absolutely necessary is theft. This socialist scum wants to rob Americans.
Not that it matters it's impossible for him to win now. He's actually helping the GOP by bringing Killary down a notch.

The Trump way. "I disagree with him so he should be taken out or tied up somewhere for having a different vision than me".

By the way. We are already a socialist nation. Don't we already redistribute the wealth to pay for "things"?
"There is no such thing as democratic socialism." Marxist-Leninist socialism (see Soviet Union)...Democratic Socialism (see Sweden)...not the same unless needing something to be true makes it true, which is sort of delusional.
Rubio and Kasich should drop out of the race. Cruz is the only candidate with a chance of beating Trump, short of a contested convention. Cruz leads Rubio in the delegate race by more than Rubio leads Ben Carson. Rubio is also trailing Trump in his home state of Florida by about 16 points. His Florida constituents know the truth about Rubio's immigration record and they are still angry about his betrayal.

Kasich trails Trump in his home state of Ohio, but even if he wins there is no way that he will win enough delegates to beat Trump.

Cruz is right about the establishment's hope of a contested convention. If the GOP gives the nomination to somebody who has not won the delegate count, they will be forfeiting the election to Hillary.

The establishment hates Ted Cruz. Otherwise, they would be quietly asking Rubio and Kasich to step aside for the good of the country. Trump would be as big, if not bigger, disaster as president than Hillary Clinton. The difference is that the GOP would be blamed for a failed Trump presidency.

How are you going to get the establishment choice out of the race Hoot? Rubio is their man, and their dearly expensive backhanded machinations intended to oust Trump have failed miserably.

I don't think that the establishment candidate will get out of the race. It is a longshot but if Rubio's internal polls show him losing big to Trump in a few days, he might withdraw to avoid a humiliating defeat. Kasich seems delusional and is apparently willing to accept the nomination under any condition.

It would be best for the country for the establishment to throw in the towel and persuade Rubio and Kasich to get out of the race to provide its voters with a clear choice. The problem is that I think that the GOPe hates Cruz at least as much as they hate Trump. They have only themselves to blame for trying to rig the process in Jeb's favor.

I completely misjudged Rubio. I thought he was more mature and thoughtful than he actually is. Jeb was their choice, like Romney was their choice and they flushed millions of dollars in negative ads, mostly constructed of false claims to manipulate the minds of voters. It was laughable to watch them fumbling around in disbelief as they doubled down on their own naïveté. If it was not for the fact that the campaign to fight Hillary looms ever closer, it would have been hilarious. And you are exactly correct. The GOPe does in fact hate Ted Cruz. And he isn't the guy I would want to go fishing with for a week either, but he'd make a very good President.

We will suffer for all the back room wheeling and dealing. Not the millionaire power brokers who dream all this stuff up. The only chance we have as I see things, is if the will of the people is eventually realized.

I also misjudged Rubio. I knew that he stabbed his supporters in the back when he joined the Gang of Eight, but when he lied over and over, along with Trump trying to make the case that Cruz's immigration position had been the same as his, I lost all respect for Rubio. Cruz just opened 10 campaign offices in Florida, and I do not believe that he is going to make it any easier for Rubio to beat Trump there. Cruz will pick up a lot of support in Florida from anti-amnesty voters who know what Rubio did to them. Cruz will remind them if they have forgotten.

Yes, when you spread the word of communism and socialism, you shouldn't be welcome in this country. Our constitution will not allow any form of communism and you should be in a basement somewhere if you support it.

And no, your lack of knowledge on politics increasingly astonishes me if you think we are already a socialist nation. We have socialist programs, of which, we are trying to rid ourselves of. It wont be long now.

Socialism is socialism. There is no difference in the core principles.
You will not change my opinion on the matter. Half of your party is supporting socialist ideas which go against the exact things America stands for. Its disgusting.

 Nearly half of the Democrats are supporting an admitted socialist and the rest support a socialist who is also a criminal. The FBI does not assign 150 investigators to a case and grant immunity to a key witness when no wrongdoing is suspected.

It baffles me anyone would identify as a socialist with the privileges they have as Americans. I don't recall anyone ever sailing away in boats made out of cardboard, or climbing fences to get away from capitalism and democracy.
Socialism is a failed endeavor and ignorance is repeating failed processes over and over.
Although, with the democratic party, ignorance is bliss...
