Cantrell's rating for the 13, 14, 15, and 16 region are. 13th South Laurel, North Laurel, Clay Co. 14th Perry Central, Hazard, Buckhorn. 15th Lawrence Co, Magoffin Co, Johnson Central. 16th Morgan Co, Elliott Co, Rowan Co. I look for Mercer county and Dunbar to make a strong run in Rupp.

Sweet 16 is a great tournament.

It should be a great Sweet 16 this year, I've already got my tickets to all the sessions. Lots of strong teams, but no distinct favorite (in my opinion). Mercer, Dunbar, and Bowling Green are all strong, although I watched Mercer get beat pretty bad at Lafayette. As always, region 7 will have a contender too..
