Yes they are, bigger and much more physical. All they had to do is lineup and run it down the field. Instead wing tee side to side and let the speed of both those team keep it close and win. Was at both the games and they are better.
If they are that good their nondistrict schedule shouldn't consist of South Floyd, Thomas Walker VA, Bracken Co, Jackson Co, Middlesboro, Rye Cove VA and McCreary Cent. If that is not the most blatant attempt ever to pad the win total I don't know what is.
Schedule has nothing to do with being better than Middlesboro and Pinevillle. Middlesboro is terrible and that was a horrific lose. Pineville better , but look at their schedule, which has nothing to do with you having a good team. Harlan has won district but should have won it out right, period.
^Good schedule makes you better! That horrible schedule didn't get them ready for district.
I agree, but they still lost two games that they should not have lost. If their schedule was better, would have helped. Still they were a better team and got beat.
Using that logic, the better team will lose to Hazard in the 2nd round.
What logic? The best team does not always win. There is no formula, just a loss. With your logic , Jenkins can schedule Belfry, JC, Pulaski, Corbin...ect and then win district. I am not saying anything more than Harlan lost a couple games that they should have won. No formula or logic to any predictions on the next games. Just the better team did not win and guess what it happens sometimes.
^Just messin with ya. Hoping Hazard wins so Pikeville doesn't have to travel.
Ok, thanks. This districts best could not finish any higher than third over there.
When Harlan wins the schedule is always terrible. Who are they exactly supposed to schedule? People want them to play 2-3-4-5A Teams. Funny thing...When Harlan County, Bell County or anyone else that is pretty good no one wants them....

Guys if you're Singe A you play 1-2A Teams, there is just not that many around. Just like HC couldnt find a game 2-3 years ago. Give it a rest on the schedule garbage....
I agree Harlan has two very strong backs that only played once I seen in third an fourth quarter. When you have talent like that not playing its gonna hurt your game. Those two boys if not mistaken are leading rushers they needed to move that ball down field. Wing T should have been ditched after it failed first few times . Harlan should have ran away with this game. I started making my way to car when they kept trying to pass an not run the ball. I knew it was over . Harlan better use their talent wise in the playoffs.

Harlan should have beat Middlesboro, but I thought Pineville and Harlan were even going into the game. I had Pineville winning at home in the preseason.
There are 2 people on this crew that always talk back to fans and use foul language and act like they want to fight, both are clowns and don't need to be officiating any type of sports, they do the same thing in basketball, they need to be banned before they mess with the wrong person and it gets real ugly.
Who would those two be?

#176, #209, #215, #216 teams out of 221 in KY. You couldn't put together a worse schedule of you had 20 guys working on it for a year. It's done on purpose to pad the win total plain and simple. And to be clear this is the nondistrict schedule, as in teams they don't have to play.
Woolum 290 yards passing for 4 TDs and 70 yards rushing with 2 TDs. Great game for Tucker.
He's a remarkable young man!!
I mean really drop the schedule thing Harlan is a good team this year. They have a young team that will be good for the next few years .:Cheerlead
I agree. Harlan has had a comparatively great year, and as young as they are they will definitely make some noise next year, too!
