This is a great accomplishment for the girls. Even if they did go down hard in the final game, they made it a long way. Their first game they beat Cordia for the 2nd time this year 63-29, Deming 70-59, a very good Jackson County team in a close hard fought comeback win 50-47, and lost to the 15th ranked team in the state Paul Dunbar 37-89. Ashley Sumpter made the all tournament team. :Thumbs:

I just checked and the Jackson County game was indeed a feather in the cap. But the other two wins came against 2 teams with a combined 3-17 record.
