South hired Troy Thomas earlier this summer as their new head coach. South looks to improve over the next few years with what I think is another great hire. Sarah Elliott the former uk standout has been hired as coach Thomas assistant.
I look for South to be better than people expect.
They can compete. I think they are not far behind Corbin.
If the coaching staff and players keep putting the work in that they have the last few months things will start changing this year for south. I think you will see alot of improvement this year from south but the following year is when all the hours in the gym and weight room will really show. They are def putting the work in.

Heard South had a good summer.
South has had a really good 4 months. Every girl has got better and stronger from what I can tell.
