WHAT IS THE FIRST THING PEOPLE DO WHEN A SHOOTING/CRIME HAPPENS???

WE CALL 911 TO GET THE POLICE/EMS/FIRE DEPT. THERE.



WE CALL THE POLICE BECAUSE THEY HAVE GUNS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


THE ONLY THING THAT STOPS A BAD GUY WITH A GUN IS A GOOD GUY WITH A GUN!!!!!




I would argue every bank in the United States have "No Firearms" signs posted on there doors. But what happens when they get robbed... they call the police because they have GUNS!!!

When a shooting happens... we call the police to get there as fast as they can because they have GUNS!!!

Every pic/clip I seen of the New York prison escape, the police had GUNS!!!

Every pic/clip I seen of the Boston marathon bombing manhunt, the police had GUNS!!!



If we really need 'gun control'.... then why do we call the police when a crime happens?

If we really need 'gun control'... then why do elected and appointed government officials get armed escorts every where the go?

If we really need 'gun control'... then why hasn't a terrorist organization launched an offensive attack on the US Homeland. And not bombings or airplane attacks.... but a military style assault in a public setting with guns? Because they know people in America carry GUNS!



The world we live in is messed up... I'll be the first person to admit that.
Certain people (felons, anybody with a confirmed mental health disorder) shouldn't get their hands on any type of firearm. But they still do. And yes, I agree that some policemen/agencies may not have the best history when it comes to officer involved shootings. A few people shouldn't be judged by the actions of a few.

People can say "I support Gun Control" all they want..... and that's their right.
BUT I didn't see nobody saying anything about needing 'gun control' that lived in the New York area during the prison escape manhunt.


And yes, I carry when I'm out in public and I have three guns in my house hidden in different rooms. NOBODY has ever been shot/hurt/killed by any firearm that I own.
Gun Control to me is a steady hand and a smooth trigger pull.

We have all the gun control laws we need in this country and 99% of people and politicians realize that. Excluding a few far left nutjobs, threatening gun control is used as a political tool to pit Americans (voters) against each other. It's also utilized by the media to put politicians on the spot (mostly republicans) when some fool goes on a shooting rampage. It's all a puppet game that I choose to no longer play in.

Yeah and abortions are only to be "safe, legal and rare", right? Liberals love to monkey around with words and speak in vagueries.
