With 7 players leaving for the NBA, playing is not a concern for anyone that wants to play at UK. Who do we get???

Jaylen Brown
Malik Newman
Stephen Zimmerman
Brandon Ingram
Check Diallo

Let's hear the predictions.
If Slice leaves Kentucky for the assistant position at St. John's under Chris Mullins then I bet Check Diallo will follow...

I'm really hoping Cal gets Stephen Zimmerman/Malik Newman

Yes! That would be great.
Rent some more players problem solved
Might rent some more aliens.
It's confirmed, Barry "Slice" Rohrssen has left for St. Johns.

If we could get a big man like Davis that can score and play defense we will be good. Haven't watched much on this class, but Poythress can be that MGK we need. Got the point guard position handled. We need size.
I believe UK will be extremely talented! From my perspective, I think they should sign Brandon Ingram! He would be a positive asset to the team.
Five-star recruit Malik Newman plans to commit to Mississippi State
April 22, 2015 3:43 pm ET

Class of 2015 star Malik Newman is planning to publicly commit later this week to play basketball at Mississippi State, multiple sources told CBSSports.com on Wednesday.

The announcement is expected Friday at 1 p.m. ET.

Granted, this is high-stakes recruiting, and Newman could ultimately reverse course for any number of reasons -- and it should be noted that Kentucky coach John Calipari once actually flipped a recruit (Terrence Jones) after the recruit had already publicly committed to another school (Washington). So keep that in mind. Still, multiple sources -- including sources from multiple staffs involved in Newman's recruitment -- told CBSSports.com on Wednesday that they're now under the impression that Newman, a five-star prospect from Callaway High in Jackson, Miss., will enroll at Mississippi State.

Two coaches simply said Newman-to-Mississippi State is "done."

Another coach added: "We're still trying ... but I think MSU is the place."

247 Sports ranks Newman No. 5 in the Class of 2015.

The 6-foot-4 point guard is considered the nation's top prospect at his position.

DraftExpress.com projects Newman to be selected fourth overall in the 2016 NBA Draft.

Newman's presumed commitment is a huge development for Ben Howland, the former UCLA coach who was hired at Mississippi State to replace Rick Ray last month. Other schools that have been seriously involved in Newman's recruitment, at one point or another, are Kentucky, Kansas, Ole Miss, LSU and North Carolina State. Newman's father, Horatio Webster, played at Mississippi State in the late 1990s.
I guess Cal better start pulling some rabbits out of his hat
Brandon Ingram now to PUKE,Cal must be getting ready to leave, cause he sure wasn't gotten anyone..
Cats signed jr Juco kid that shoots 46 percent from 3,and lost another 1 to puke today..
Cheick Diallo to Kansas, 5 minutes after Mulder announced he was coming to UK. Only 2 big time recruits left that UK is in contention for are Jaylen Brown and Thon Maker. I see UK getting 1 of the 2.

:thatsfunn You're right we don't have anybody coming in next year. Just the #2 recruiting class that every other team in the country (minus Duke) would take in a heartbeat. 2 Five stars, 2 four stars.

Wish we could go back to the days of Billy Clyde when we sat and hoped for any 3 star to commit to us.
IMO Kansas is sitting quietly and healthy right now after Diallo.
Word is Kentucky has a good shot to land Brown.

Haha sitting quietly? They are without a doubt a top 5 team. Nobody is sleeping on them.
