I work part-time at the Bank of Kentucky Center on the NKU campus. SMG runs the arena and is my employer, but we have run into all kinds of problems with the athletic department at NKU over scheduling, etc.
I tried to tell another site two months ago NKU would be moved to Regents Hall (a small, dirty gym on the NKU campus) if they qualified to host an A-Sun Tournament game because the 9th region already had a contract. The site banned me for simply giving this information.
In addition, there are a ton of scandals going on in the NKU upper administration and the athletic program. The president has destroyed on-campus morale and they are paying off former employees for questionable acts. Please see the below links and feel free to comment. NKU is a mess.
