alright everyone..I know it's early..but what teams have the best shot going to Rupp Arena this year! I want to hear predictions for each region.
My predictions for the Rupp trip:
12th region - Wayne co
13th region - Williamsburg
14th region - Knott co central
15th region - Johnson central
16th region - Rowan co
I like your predictions. I think the 16th Regional Tournament is gonna be a great tournament! I think the championship will be Morgan vs. Rowan in the regional final.
I agree...all these regions are goina be fun to watch,,,they all have a couple teams that could get on a run and end up winning them....best part of the season is now tourney time !!!!!
If you think Williamsburg is gonna win the 13th you obviously have not watched that region and them much. They don't have a chance. May not get out of their district.
That's true they may not....that district is like the 49th it's loaded....just threw a prediction out there lol......there's bout 4 or 5 teams that may win the 13th region...Williamsburg and south will be hard matchups for anyone with their bigs
I will also go out and say Knox central beat clay but it wasn't in the region and until someone beats the tigers in the tournament they are Prolly still the team beat
I'd bet 100 to 25 Wburg don't win the region. Clay, knox or south will be going to rupp. With Clay being the favorite.

Rowan could very well make it to Rupp and i dont see how they are the clear favorites they lost at home to Boyd. They do have what you could call a hometown advatage with the region always being played at Ellis Johnson Arena, but they are going to have to play another winner in another district as well as a possible loser in the 62nd (East Elliott Morgan or West) and who knows what 2 teams will come out. I really think it way to early to say Rowan will make it till we see the draw, that first round game could easly also be the finals (play a loser in the 62nd and turnaround and play Boyd that would make it alittle harder. Just my thoughts on this.
The 13th region has the potential to be one of the best 13th regional tournaments in recent history. Clay, Knox, and South are the favorites at this point in the season. It would not surprise me to see someone else go this year. 10 pretty solid teams in the 13th and all of them are dangerous if they are hot!

From what I have seen in the 14th knott has been the best.... PCC probably only team that can give them a run.
Williamsburg won't even be in the region to win it
